The use and development of expanded metal mesh
Expanded metal mesh is a variety of metal screen. After the metal sheet is processed by special machinery (expanded steel mesh punching and shearing machine), it is formed into a meshed object. Also known as metal expanded mesh, diamond mesh, iron mesh, metal expansion mesh, heavy expanded metal mesh, pedal mesh, punching plate' aluminium mesh, stainless steel expanded mesh, granary mesh, antenna mesh, filter element mesh, audio mesh, etc.
Expanded metal mesh, with firm holes and long service life are mainly used in civil construction, batching cement, protection of machinery and equipment, handicraft manufacturing, and high-end speaker grilles, highway guardrail, sports venue fence, road green belt protection net. Heavy-duty expanded metal mesh can also be used for oil tanker pedal nets, heavy machinery and working platforms, escalators and walkways for boilers, oil mines, locomotives, and ships. It can also be used in the construction industry, highways and bridges as steel bars.
It is also used in national defence, industry, railways and highways, shipbuilding, coal, light industry and textiles, building materials, agricultural and sideline industries, aquaculture, gardening, minerals, petrochemicals, home appliances, as well as integrated ceilings, doors and windows anti-theft, safety passages, corridor stairs Baffles, tables, chairs, benches, air vents, various cargo-carrying boxes, shelves, etc.
With the continuous development of the world's industrial automation, innovation and the rapid development of the national economy, domestic and foreign markets have a very broad development prospect for expanded metal mesh.
- The types of expanded metal mesh products will continue to increase, both horizontally and vertically, improving the breadth and depth of products, and expanding and extending on the original basis.
- The number of expanded metal mesh products should be effectively increased and expanded, not only to meet the growing needs of domestic expanded metal mesh production enterprises, but also to adapt to the latest situation of foreign expanded expanded metal production and development, and actively expand exports.
- Excellence in product quality, to produce advanced and high-quality products, the quality must be stable and reliable, and to meet the precise requirements of the process. longevity and stable reliability.
- Continuous research and development of new products is required in network manufacturing technology.
